As one of Pakistan’s leading surgical instrument manufacturers, Zestlet Instruments proudly operates from its modern facility located in Sialkot, Pakistan. Spanning over 30,000 square feet of integrated office and manufacturing space, our facility reflects our commitment to precision, quality, and full-spectrum production.

At Zestlet, we believe in maintaining full control over our manufacturing process. That’s why the majority of our operations are handled in-house — from sourcing premium-grade stainless steel to laser cutting, heat treatment, grinding, shot blasting, molding, edging, screw fastening, final adjustment, and rigorous inspection. Every step is executed under strict quality controls to ensure consistency and excellence.
